Hello and welcome!
I have been doing wedding photography as an extra income for about 10 years. Prior to that I have always been interested in photography. My interest in doing it is what led me to do it as a side income.
I do quality work at an affordable price. I enjoy people and try to catch not only the faces but the mood of the day. As if to relive the moments when the final book is complete.
I am a hiker and would be willing to hike to your wedding destination as long as it is in New England. I love outdoor weddings!
A typical wedding - I make myself available for the whole day when I do a wedding. From getting ready to leaving for the reception.My specialty is the bride before the wedding. I always try to capture the excitement before the wedding. These are the pictures that make a great intro to the wedding photos.
The rest of the day I spend tracking out the events of the day. From the wedding to the reception, the guests, cake, dance with the parents and what ever is planned for the day. I also do relative photos with the bride and groom.
My Camera is a Rolaflex medium format camera. With a fixed lens. This is very good for portraits and those special moments.
I also carry a rebel cannon which has a 28-250 range lens. Works very well for quick catches and zoom in sneak shots.
I always use 400 speed portrait plus film by Kodak.I usually carry 10 rolls with me. I also carry a pack of black and white film as well.
Albums
With the new digital age making prints and albums is very quick and easy. I work with Hallmark imaging out of Massachusetts. They do wonderful prints and also have the up to date wedding albums and they also put all film on cd's for viewing and ordering purposes. I work with their designer to put together a story book album with 80 pictures carefully placed to create a beautiful keepsake album to remember this day forever.
